Problems

We Infinity Art had faced some problems while starting our business. One of them is we hard to get more customers. This is due to the covid-19 pandemic, known as the coronavirus pandemic, which has led to our sales start to drop down due to the less customers.

Solutions

Business through Internet Platform

We attract customers through social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp. We will sell online to get more customers.

Reduce the sale price

Reduce the sale price with a reasonably and affordable price. We provide our product items with a cheaper price and giving away more discount in delivery fee, if the customer order more than 3 items per purchase. Our second solution is to reduce the sale price with reasonably and affordable price.

Provide delivery

Provide delivery service for customers right at their doorsteps with the assist from courier service.

Suggestions

For future plan, we would like to suggest that we should try to engage more with customer via social media platform. From here we can make some investment to monetize our business widely. This can enhance us to sell more products so that our customers can know our company easily. Second, we can also provide customer service delivery to attract more customers and make it easier for customers to buy with us. We hope the covid19 pandemic can be recovers as usual so that we can sell more comfortably. Finally, we can also do more promotions on some special days.
